We take into account a variety of factors:

Logistics & Flexibility

We deliver our training either in the form of  coaching on a one-to-one basis, or as group events. Each event and method of delivery is carefully selected to deliver the greatest benefit.

Our management development modules are tailored to suit all managers (from 1st line Supervisors through to Chief Executives). Some of these modules are also appropriate for non-managerial staff.

We recognise that it can be difficult to accommodate training and coaching when you are juggling with various shift patterns and availability issues. We have designed programmes that are delivered in a variety of formats from 2 hour ‘chunks’, through to five day residential events. This allows you to get the maximum benefit out of the delivery at a time that suits you.

This flexibility and client focus also extends to:

Venue/location  – we work at a locations of your choosing, indoor or outdoor – and we help to source appropriate venues for you.

Group size – as high as 50, dependent on the module and objectives, but usually for groups of between 8-12. We provide extra facilitators/trainers for groups larger than 12.

Evenings/weekends – we have delivered programmes and events outside the standard 9-5, Mon-Fri, in order to capture the target audience or to meet specific company deadlines.

Time ZonesWe are happy to talk to you by arrangement wherever you are in the world, whether it it early morning or middle of the night in the UK.
