Sally is a tour de force. She is a high-profile award-winning Barrister, Public Speaker, Leader, Author, Radio Broadcaster & Contributor, Diversity Champion, Patron, and Board Member whilst also being a proud Mother of three. Sally leads on a wide range of diversity related initiatives and projects, spearheading change through guest speaking slots at various forums and conferences including at the House of Lords. She is passionate in her support for Women in Business and Leadership, and is also a school governor, believing that everyone should have the opportunity of a solid, rounded education, and the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
Daniel is our ace Digital Consultant. He is a passionate software engineer specialised in the development of web applications and APIs used in global scale integration environments. As a Technical Project Manager, Full Stack Developer, and Unity 3D Developer he is highly skilled and experienced in utilising latest Microsoft, AWS and Gaming technologies to design, implement and deploy scalable and robust tools. Daniel Daniel is a pro-active developer and imaginative problem solver. He is highly customer focused, and a great ambassador for our values.
Rose is an award-winning co-founder of Kay-Lambert Associates. As a Bafta-winning screenwriter and published author, she is the creative driving force of the business, a metaverse and immersive technologies advisor, and a digital learning experience designer. As a facilitator and project leader, Rose is highly focused and an assured problem solver. Rose has worked in the performing Arts, Education, Film, Television & Radio industries, and continues to do so. She has a Phd from Manchester University and as yet hasn't been tempted to say, "Trust me, I'm a doctor".
Joint CEO & Leadership Consultant
Tim is a founding director of KLA . He is a vibrant, creative and dynamic facilitator who works across all sectors where he specialises in Leadership, Management & Team Development. He is also the lead content producer for Muster (TM), our game-based, multiplayer team development platform for remote teams. Tim started as a professional actor. He has since worked for Arts organisations, Universities, Recruitment Companies, Social Services and in Manufacturing. He is a thought leader, speaker, author of two business books, and a accredited user of personality profiling tools including MBTI. He also holds qualifications in Coaching and NLP.
Associate Coach & Facilitator
Ros is a dynamic facilitator, a highly qualified business coach and a trainer who regularly delivers on Leadership and personal Development programmes. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her passion for people ensures she gets the very best out of them and their businesses. Ros has a background in TV, PR, Corporate Communications and Business Development. She is both a dog AND a cat lover,

Angela helps busy leaders make performance management an everyday conversation by providing them with coaching, feedback and development techniques they can use in the moment. She is an immensely engaging speaker and facilitator inspiring others through her enthusiasm and warmth and drawing out the best in everyone she works with.
Her varied commercial experience includes being National Ice-cream Field Sales Manager for Mars and Learning & Development Manager for Allied Bakeries. Angela is our resident Discovery Insights specialist.
Armin is our Product Development Consultant. He is an energetic creative thinker with a proven background in helping companies achieve more with less through creative measures.
He has helped bring numerous ideas to life across a range of sectors including entertainment, civil engineering, advertising, etc., with companies large and small, and has managed to achieve three world first projects including our very own Muster TM. He has also received multiple nominations from digital technology leaders awards.
Associate Facilitator
John is an improviser, comedian and TEDx speaker. He has worked with companies in tech and sports sectors showing how to add positive humour to traditional presentation skills. He has also written a graphic book, 'Present Yourself', based on his signature course. He is an entertaining, creative and engaging facilitator, who can quickly put participants at ease. His comedic skills are matched by his knowledge and expertise in creating effective human interactions and connections. John is also a professional illustrator and live scribe who creates visual minutes at conferences and live events. His style is clean, witty and immediate.
Associate HR Coach & Facilitator
Marian is our HR and OD specialist. She was originally our client when she worked at Kelloggs and Aston University, and now supports our clients by delivering Coaching, Psychometric Profiling, Career Development and broader HR support. She has previously held director level HR roles and managed large teams in multi-national organisations within FMCG, aerospace, engineering and education. Marian enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting her hands dirty which, as a dog-lover is always useful!
Associate Facilitator
Josie is a friendly, engaging facilitator, with a decade of experience in improvised theatre. She has performed in Madrid with MAD Improv and Manchester with ComedySportzUK and Drunk Classics Manchester. Josie is also experienced in organising corporate volunteering experiences. She enjoys helping teams connect; whether through ice-breaker games, outdoor action days or custom problem solving sessions for local charities.

Chris spent his childhood in Malawi and has been travelling ever since. He has worked for several large multinational businesses, and facilitated development programmes across the world. His great strength is the ability to bring calmness and clarity to any situation; believing there are always options and there will always be a way forward.
