A Guided Path to Successful AI Implementation
Our recently enhanced associate team is available to work with your teams to help develop a framework in which to build compelling hypotheses for AI projects. Working with senior leaders, business departments and sales teams alike, we engage with you at any point of your AI journey to help ensure success through appropriate AI thinking.

The Organisational Challenge
As we move ever further into an AI-first mindset, understanding how we approach AI projects from the outset is becoming an increasing dilemma for many organisations - whether that be AI for internal projects, or sales/executive teams understanding how to have successful AI conversations with clients. Industry metrics show that approximately 85% of all AI pilots and PoCs do not make it into production, in the main because all focus was directly on the perceived need to deploy AI technology, rather than the technology decision being secondary to the business needs and potential return on investment.
Our Engagement Methodology
A structured, comprehensive and proactive methodology with our client teams involving close collaboration to best understand and address market, business, and technology challenges, in order to deliver a successful business outcome.
Fundamental elements of our methodology are:
1. Imagination and ideation session: What if…?
2. Research and Client Validation: to define a compelling business hypothesis
3. Create: engage in an ‘Analyse and Create’ session with our clients
4. Execute: Peer/client review, hypothesis testing, Plan-Do-Check-Act
5. Outcome: a focused, fact-based business hypothesis to take forward
Our methodology is simple in its vision but powerful in helping to address a complex challenge:
Imagine - if you could deploy AI to deliver organisation change and true transformation, shackles off, what would you do?
Research - with a few ideas now in mind, we help you research the art of the possible, the potential returns and pitfalls
Create - you now have your key idea. We help you build a hypothesis-based proposition based on business & technology alike
Execute - we empower you to execute your working hypothesis. Whether that be with internal stakeholders to test it out, your board members to secure budget, or successfully delivering a bespoke proposal into your clients. This final phase helps build trust, backing and sponsorship before a penny is spent on implementation.
Our Work
Our flexible work style can be one-off (a day’s immersive workshop), a weekly/monthly engagement to deeper-dive, or even based around strategic engagements to add AI Thinking horsepower to your project or campaign.
Some examples of where our team has successfully delivered AI Thinking are:
CxOs/Board - engaging with senior leaders to help frame how they budget for the best returns
Technology Departments - helping avoid direct technology spend and time wasted on pilot projects with limited/no return
Cross-Organisational Engagements - helping you uncover and understand where AI may have the best return within an organisation
Sales Teams - delivering sales training to help sales teams better engage with their clients on successful AI journeys
Strategic Campaign Engagements - delivering our expertise to help define, refine and give your business the best chance of winning strategic AI sales engagements at any point along the sales cycles
